Sahil is (pending) graduate of the MArch(Prof)UrbPlan(Prof) degree from Te Pare School of Architecture and Planning at the University of Auckland Waipapa Taumata Rau. He has worked as an architectural graduate at Ministry of Architecture+Interiors, taught into the BAS and BUrbPlan(Hons) [UOA] and BAFE [AUT], and has contributed to ArchitectureNow and Architecture NZ magazine, alongside various student leadership roles.
His areas of interest include architectural history with particular emphasis on the indigenous zeitgeists of Aotearoa, as well as modern day urbanist and indigenous architectural & planning methodologies in the urban environment. He is passionate about advocacy, politics, urbanism, reading, art, and theatre - and almost always has an opinion.
