Jo Duggan is a highly experienced business leader with almost 30 years of expertise in the property and construction industry. As CEO of the Facilities Management Association of New Zealand (FMANZ), she’s committed to promoting sustainable building practices and driving growth and professionalism of the industry. Jo’s strong leadership skills and technical background have been demonstrated in her previous roles as Director of Marketing & Partnership at the New Zealand Green Building Council, Director of Engagement at the Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects and various roles in the building supply chain. She thrives on taking on new challenges, building strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders, and effectively communicating to achieve shared goals. Beyond her career, Jo believes in giving back and has dedicated her time to organisations such as Habitat for Humanity — building homes as a volunteer in Ethiopia — and the Red Cross, where she served as a Refugee Support Volunteer.
