David leads the Client Services, Business Development, Communications & Strategic growth initiatives for the Wingates team in New Zealand. With a background in the field of workplace design, communications and project management stretching over 20 years in the UK, Asia Pacific and New Zealand, he has a comprehensive and diverse track record in working with large global corporates, SME’s and Government institutions to achieve their workplace aspirations. With a passion for improving the “People experience” within the built environment, David has been a long-term member and current Deputy Chair of CoreNet Global New Zealand; playing an active role on the national committee since 2013. Over his career, he has worked with numerous global and New Zealand organisations including AIG, Visa, & Greenwood Roche.
