Ralph practiced as a landscape architect in Wales prior to moving to New Zealand in 2001 to establish the landscape architecture programme at Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington. Since 2006 he has been a member of Isthmus Group. After filling the role of CEO for nearly a decade, Ralph has returned to project work as well as championing innovation across the studio. Ralph is a Fellow of the NZILA.
