Objectspace Talkfest 2013

The theme for Objectspace Talkfest 2013 is Representation, which will be addressed in the following contexts: writing and publishing; new developments and territories; opportunities for individuals and groups and within the ‘real’ and virtual worlds.
The keynote speaker is Mike Holmes, director of the Velvet da Vinci Gallery in San Francisco. As a guest of Objectspace and Creative New Zealand, Mike will be making stops in Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin. He will also be giving a talk on the jewellery currently on exhibition as part of California Design at the Auckland Art Gallery.
As part of the Objectspace Talkfest 2013 programme, artisans will have the opportunity to represent themselves at a PechaKucha Night, held at 8pm on 3 October at Galatos, Auckland. Complete details of the programme and speakers is available on the website.
Objectspace Talkfest 2013 will be held at Unitec and Galatos from Monday 30 September to Saturday 5 October.
