Communicating via landscape architecture
Perry Lethlean, director of Taylor Cullity Lethlean, will be in New Zealand from 23-25 July to conduct a number of masterclasses and public lectures around the subject of site-responsive public design and its positive impact upon the community.
Mr Lethlean will be running masterclasses for practitioners and masters and PHD students in the landscape schools at Victoria and Lincoln universities and Unitech Auckland; He will also be conducting free public lectures in each city. The itinerary is as follows:
Tuesday 23 July, masterclass at Victoria University from 1-4pm at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, 139 Vivian Street. To register for the masterclass, contact Cheryl Robilliard. The public lecture will be held from 5-7pm at the same location.
Wednesday 24 July, masterclass at Lincoln University from 1-4pm at the School of Landscape Architecture. To register for the masterclass, contact the NZILA or phone Dave Compton-Moen on 021 114 0337 or Tracey Ower on 021 186 5059. The public lecture will be held from 5-7pm at the offices of MWH, fourth floor, Hazeldean Business Park. Interested participants can register at the above details.
Thursday 25 July, masterclass at Unitec Auckland from 1-4pm in the Masters Studio, Unitect Building 202, room 1026. The public lecture will be held from 5-7pm at the University of Auckland School of Engineering lecture theatre 401-439, 22 Symonds Street, Auckland.
