Australasian Tenant Office Survey plus New Zealand Workplace Report

A presentation of the findings of the 2012, bi-annual Australasian Office Tenant Survey - with a review focusing on comparing Auckland and Wellington to the key Australian cities. This comprehensive survey compares responses in 2012 with 2010.

Also at this meeting, a review will be done of the key findings in Colliers International’s 2012 NZ Workplace Report, focusing on occupational density and cost benchmarks in major centres around the country. Speakers include: Alan McMahon, National Director Research & Consulting and Rob Bird, National Director Office Leasing.
