An innovative approach

A CoreNet event that looks at the Innovation Precinct and the collaboration in building design between occupier/operator and developer/owner.

Over a two year process Panuku Development Auckland, Precinct and ATEED have collaborated on building design and functionality for the Innovation Precinct. The initial design for the 48,000m² development offers ATEED up to 24,000m² of innovation space. Phase one of the scheme completes in July 2017 with the first of the Innovation Buildings, 12 Madden Street, coming on stream for ATEED.

This all-encompassing process from design to occupation that has been developed between land owner, building owner and occupier has led to a complete building and precinct solution for all parties. The Innovation Precinct will offer modern office occupiers in Auckland, a new and cutting edge environment in which to grow and excel.

Speakers for the event are Alain McKienny, senior development manager for Precinct Properties; Daniel Khong, projects director at Panuku Development Auckland and a senior representative from ATEED.
