Out of the box exhibition

Many of us will remember the nostalgic story of the matchbox which hosted a tiny little dragon in the classic New Zealand children’s book Lion in the Meadow. Likewise, the possibilities and potential of the imagination are explored and supported by a new design group called Dragonbox.

The group uses this playful analogy to manifest itself in 2014 by presenting their creative talents in a debut show titled Out of the box which will showcase new and exciting 3-dimensional works by the individual members including, Edward Fuller, Kennedy Brown, Ron Crummer, Leon Kipa and Jean-Francois Vognin.

Out of the box will run from 24 February - 8 March (Opening, 24th, 5.30 - 8pm) at the Allpress Gallery, Browns Mills Building, 8 Drake Street, Freemans Bay.
