The easy way to submit
The best way to send us your project or news is by email. Include text and images, and send to the right place:

International projects
ArchitectureNow.co.nz is all about design in Aotearoa — our buildings, our interiors and our people. If your project is based overseas but has a Kiwi architect or designer involved, we’re keen to see it. If there’s no New Zealand link, we’re unlikely to publish it.

What we look for
We don’t have a strict checklist but we’re drawn to stories that are fresh, innovative, newsworthy and backed by great imagery. We receive numerous submissions and while we can’t reply to everyone, we do try to look at everything that comes in.

How to submit a project
Email us a few good JPEGs (no larger than 1920 pixels on the long side), some background text, and any useful links.
Before you send, check our copyright policy. Please don’t send zipped folders or links to file-sharing sites — just a few sample images in the email is perfect.

What happens next
We’re a small team and when deadlines hit, our focus shifts. So if you don’t hear back right away, give us a gentle nudge. If you’re not already subscribed to our weekly ArchitectureNow newsletter, we’ll add you in (unless you’d prefer we didn’t).

First dibs
We love an exclusive. If you’re offering one, pleasee make that clear in your email.
If your project has already been published elsewhere, let us know — that’s fine, it just helps us figure out the right angle.

Videos, plans and drawings
Do you have a video? Send through the YouTube or Vimeo link — we can often embed it.
Plans, drawings and sketches? Yes please, if you’ve got them.

Credits and copyright
We can’t pay for photography but we always credit every image, render or drawing. Make sure you have permission from the copyright holder before sending anything through. Many photographers are happy to share imagery, as being featured on ArchitectureNow is a great way to showcase their work.

Spread the word
Once your project is live on ArchitectureNow, share it far and wide — on social media, in your newsletters, on your website. The more it’s shared, the more eyes on your work.
