Registered quantity surveyor Mick Moffatt has just launched QUBE consultants, a new Queenstown-based construction quantity surveying and cost management business.

Mick says he saw the opportunity to offer his skills as an independent quantity surveyor in a region that’s experiencing one of the most rapid construction growth rates in the country.

A member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors since 2002, Mick has over 25 years’ experience in the local and international construction industry.

Servicing Queenstown, Christchurch, Dunedin, Wanaka, Invercargill and the lower South Island, QUBE provides feasibility and cost control from concept to final account.

Full tendering services for contractors, sourcing and evaluating alternative design cost options and contract procurement, review and negotiation are also part of QUBE’s armoury of services.
