Finalists revealed: 2019 Interior Awards
With well over 100 entries, this year’s Interior Awards submissions continued the programme’s legacy of showcasing high-calibre designs around New Zealand. It was no easy task for the jury to narrow down the entries to 29 finalists. This year’s shortlist includes 23 projects from across the country along with three emerging design professionals and three student finalists.
Each of the finalists will present their submissions live to the judges on 22 to 23 May. ArchitectureNow will stream the presentations, giving a window into the processes and practices behind these stunning designs.
Winners will be announced on 27 June at the Museum of Transport and Technology (MOTAT) in Auckland. Winners will take home their share of the $8,500 prize money and be featured across AGM titles such as Interior magazine and ArchitectureNow. Tickets will go on sale for the Interior Awards shortly; follow us on instagram @interiormagazinenz for updates.
