Standard conditions of entry for all AGM run competitions:

1. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Employees, immediate families and agencies of AGM (BCI New Zealand Pty Ltd) and associated sponsors are ineligible. 
3. Prizes are only available to New Zealand residents. The decision of the publisher, AGM (BCI New Zealand Pty Ltd) at whose premises all draws will be made is final. 
4. By participating in competitions the entrant consents to AGM (BCI New Zealand Pty Ltd) using personal details for further marketing purposes. Special conditions may also apply. 
5. Prices listed are Recommended Retail Price and may be different in store to what have been listed.

6. All decisions regarding the competition, including the selection of winners, are final and at the sole discretion of the organizers. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome. The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

Autex Acoustics 2025 Interior Awards & After Party Prize: Special conditions

1. Tickets are not refundable or redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.
2. All prize recipients must be over 18 years of age.
3. Transportation and accommodation are not included as part of the prize. All travel arrangements and related costs are the sole responsibility of the prize recipients.
4. In the event of cancellation of all or any part of the event, no compensation in cash or kind will be provided. Autex Acoustics will not be liable for any costs incurred by the winning group.
5. Entrants must register using a valid business email address. Personal email addresses are not permitted for registration purposes.
6. The prize will be drawn 12 June 2025.
