AGM, publisher of ArchitectureNow, has announced the realignment of its business to refocus on its core print titles – Architecture New Zealand, Urbis, Houses and Interior – and its digital platforms and events.

AGM has made the difficult but necessary decision to close its more specialised B2B titles – Progressive Building and Landscape Architecture New Zealand.

The company would like to thank the New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects and the New Zealand Institute of Building, whose members have shown immense passion and enthusiasm for both titles over the years.

The company would also like to thank the loyal readers, past editors and designers of both titles and of course their advertisers.

For everyone interested in construction and landscape architecture, ArchitectureNow.co.nz will continue to carry news and projects from both industries.

In future, AGM will channel its energies into its key consumer and B2B publications – Architecture New Zealand, Urbis, Houses and Interior – its growing digital platforms – ArchitectureNow.co.nz, Selector.com and Urbismagazine.com – and its popular events – Urbis Designday, Designday Pro and the Interior Awards.

The future will also see more branded events and a continuing focus on solution-driven marketing partnerships.

As part of this realignment, some staff positions will be affected. AGM is currently working through these implications.

AGM, like all publishers, must continue to adapt to the ever-changing behaviour and demands of both readers and advertisers. AGM is confident and excited about what lies ahead.
