Studio Pacific Architecture announces 36 promotions
In the year that Studio Pacific Architecture celebrates its 30th anniversary, the practice has announced 36 promotions across the business. Speaking about the promotions, director co-founder Evžen Novák says “the studio takes great pride in recognising and rewarding the success and professional development of its hardworking team.”
On the additions to the senior leadership team, Novák says “A massive congratulations to 15 of our colleagues who have been promoted in our senior team today. We would like to thank you for your significant contribution to the studio and for the outstanding work you have accomplished and achieved.”
The senior promotions are:
Kaiārahi Matua – Senior Principal: Paula MacDonald
Kaiārahi – Principal: Bret Thurston, Grant Perry, Mark Fletcher (Landscape), Juliet Barker, Lauren Wong and Patrick Thompson
Pou Whaihanga Matua – Senior Associate: Jonathan Fraser, Richard Beatson, Karl Frost (Technician), Mitch McTaggart, Julie Stewart, Susanna Stevenson, Michael Lowe (Urbanist) and Henry Fisher.
Promotions to Associate and Senior Designer positions are:
Pou Whaihanga – Associate: Rohan Bailey, Thane Houston-Stevens, Samantha Zondag, Peggy Russell and Matt Bangs
Kaihoahoa Matua – Senior Designer: Jason Kowalak and Nick du Bern
In addition, Nina Boyd, Victoria Wright, Josie Horsley, Charlotte Warren, Daniel Roberts, Yota Kojima, Toby Jeffery, Max Wiles, Sarah Bookman and Hannah Walsh have been promoted to the next Architectural Graduate level; Sophie Lockwood has been promoted to Senior Accounts and Payroll Administrator; Belinda Borrie has been promoted to Senior Accounts Administrator; Sovaia Uluiburotu has been promoted to People Advisor; and Dominic Barratt-Boyes has been promoted to IT Support Specialist.
